Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Regional Compliance Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, law or a related field and 5+ years of progressive compliance experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop compliance frameworks
Conduct audits and evaluations
Implement control measures to manage risk
Report on compliance findings
Recruit, supervise, and mentor a team of Regional Compliance Specialists

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, law or a related field

5+ years of progressive compliance experience

3+ years of experience managing people

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail and proactive mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft office tools
