Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced

Interior Designer

to oversee and execute interior design and fit-out projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, interior design, and construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibility :

Project Planning & Execution :

Manage all phases of luxury interior projects, including design development, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

Stakeholder Coordination :

Collaborate with designers, architects, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.

Budget & Cost Control :

Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.

Site Management :

Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Procurement & Vendor Management :

Source materials, negotiate with suppliers, and oversee procurement processes to meet project timelines.

Risk & Issue Resolution :

Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or budget overruns.

Skills Required :

Luxury Space Planning :

Creating elegant, functional layouts that emphasize spaciousness and flow.

High-End Material Selection :

In-depth knowledge of premium materials.

Color Theory & Lighting Design :

Mastery of sophisticated color palettes, ambient lighting, and natural light utilization.

Bespoke Design Solutions :

Customizing interiors for niche needs.
