Position : Zonal Manager – Claims (West)

Role Overview
Responsible for managing end-to-end motor claims for OEM business across the West zone, ensuring smooth coordination with all stakeholders, timely settlements, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Claims Management
- Oversee complete OEM motor claim lifecycle with timely and accurate closure.
- Monitor TAT, documentation quality, and customer satisfaction.
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with insurers, workshops, surveyors, OEM teams, and customers for seamless claim processing.Ensure timely follow-ups for approvals and settlements.Performance & Review
Conduct periodic reviews with insurers and workshops, track KPIs, and implement improvements.Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate claim data and dashboards.Prepare and present periodic claim performance reports.Training & Enablement
Train workshops, dealer staff, and internal teams on claim processes and documentation.System & Process Management
Coordinate with IT / operations for system integration and data validation.Manage garage codes, loss codes, and rectify data discrepancies.Dispute & Escalation Handling
Manage complex or disputed claims and facilitate fair resolutions.Process Improvement
Identify gaps and recommend enhancements to improve claims efficiency.Desired Skills & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate in Insurance, Automobile Engineering, or related field.8–12 years of motor claims experience (preferably OEM / Broking).Strong knowledge of OEM processes, IRDAI guidelines, and garage operations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Proficient in Excel and claim management systems.Willingness to travel across the zone.
