We’re hiring a detail-oriented, driven Data Engineer (2–4 years experience) to join a forward-deployed team supporting a leading global financial firm. The role requires regular interaction with clients and therefore, communication is a key skill.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain data pipelines to process and integrate digital marketing data from multiple sources (web analytics, campaign platforms, CRM).
- Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL queries for analytics, reporting, and data validation.
- Use advanced Excel for data cleaning, aggregation, and reporting;
automate repetitive data preparation and reporting tasks.
Collaborate with analytics consultants and marketing teams to deliver high-quality datasets, dashboards, and business insights.Support MIS reporting (Management Information Systems), ensuring accuracy and reliability of marketing performance metrics and campaign summaries.Document, monitor, and resolve data issues, ensuring data integrity throughout digital marketing processes.Assist with data-driven projects, such as segmentation, attribution modeling, and campaign diagnostics, in support of marketing strategy.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.2–4 years’ experience in data engineering, analytics, or similar roles, with hands-on expertise in SQL and advanced Excel.Industry experience in financial services or asset management is good to have.Prior experience in MIS reporting or marketing analytics support is a strong plus.Familiarity with digital marketing data sources (Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics, advertising platforms, CRM tools) and related integration workflows.A track record of problem-solving, attention to detail, and communicating technical information effectively.Ability to work collaboratively with analytics and business teams, delivering reliable solutions at scale.Experience with Adobe Experience Platform or other Customer Data Platform (CDP) tools is good to have.What's in it for you :
