About the Role :
Senior Editorial Data Analysts in Publishing Solutions & Performance develop and maintain data tools aligned with Wiley's data standards. They analyze data across products and services to set benchmarks, and KPIs, and influence core performance. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, they focus on Editorial Excellence, Comprehensive Editorial Evaluation, and Peer Review Services. With strong analytical skills, they excel in data discovery, modeling, and visualization to demonstrate the value of Publishing Solutions & Performance. These analysts assess manuscript management performance from submission to decision, scrutinize products against KPIs, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
How you will make an impact :
- Generate and review product / service / platform reports and share them with relevant stakeholders
- Support and maintain data tools for BAU performance models.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of platform / product / service / feature, both BAU and in periods of hypervigilance after a release or other change
- Monitor performance of portfolio / journal / articles against agreed targets for KPIs or performance benchmarks and analyze performance trends
- Establish and maintain specific service, platform, product benchmarks and KPIs and formulate data requirements within E2E data infrastructure.
- Monitor data integrity. Trouble-shoot integrity concerns, test, and work with relevant stakeholders to innovate and provide solutions to analytical and data validity issues to optimize sound and aligned end-to-end data management.
- Capture and collate data to assist with informed decision-making and present data in a considered manner to relevant stakeholders.
