Tableau Developer - ETL / Python

What we are looking for :

Role : Tableau Developer.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Tableau Developer to work within our Salesforce team.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visual analytics that support strategic decision-making across Kenverse and Turbostart.

You will collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights.

Location : Kolkata.

Experience Required : 2-3 years.

What Youll Do :

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and visual analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers to extract data from Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Education Cloud.
• Optimize Tableau data models, queries, and workflows for performance and scalability.
• Translate business requirements into clear visualizations for stakeholders.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making across the organization.
• Support integration of Tableau with Salesforce and other systems as required.
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot, and debug Tableau reports and data visualizations.
• Document dashboards, data sources, and processes for sustainability and handover.
• Mentor junior analysts or developers as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with Tableau releases, best practices, and industry trends.
