About XBE
XBE builds business-operations software for heavy materials, logistics, and construction companies that should be generating far more profit than they do today. Through BCMI, our cloud platform for concrete and heavy-materials producers, we power real-time dispatch, logistics, and analytics that connect plants, drivers, and contractors across the field.
We’re a fully remote, high-trust, high-agency team. Everyone takes ownership, communicates proactively, and drives outcomes—because autonomy and accountability are how we build great software and lasting customer impact.
Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced PHP Backend Developer to evolve XBE / BCMI’s core platform powering dispatch, e-ticketing, logistics, and analytics across heavy logistics. You’ll build APIs, data models, and backend services that connect producers, drivers, and contractors in real time—shipping robust, production-grade systems with measurable business impact.

- Model and query complex operational data using MySQL or similar RDBMS.
- Contribute to CI / CD, Docker deployments, and production observability.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and documentation.
- Own features end-to-end : design → deploy → monitor → iterate.
- Proactively simplify systems and improve performance, reliability, and developer experience.

AWS, API security, or data pipeline optimization experience.Familiarity with construction, logistics, or heavy materials domains.Exposure to microservices, event-driven architectures, or container orchestration.Interest in AI-assisted analytics or operational automation. What We Offer
