Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an HR, Contracts & Immigration Manager. The manager will handle HR management, implement HR policies, manage employee benefits, and oversee personnel management. Responsibilities include contract administration, immigration services, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Operations
- Own and refine employee lifecycle processes : onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll input, and performance management
- Manage HR policies in compliance with state and federal regulations (FMLA, ADA, ACA, PTO, Sick Leave laws)
- Design SOPs for global HR best practices and maintain employee handbook
- Partner with Finance and Payroll Agents to ensure accurate pay, bonuses, and compliance-related disbursements
- Support employee grievance redressal and policy implementation across departments
Contracts Management
Draft, review, and manage contracts with clients, vendors, consultants, and contractorsMaintain accurate contract repositories with key obligations, renewals, and compliance triggersCollaborate with Legal / Compliance to ensure contract templates meet regulatory and business needs (especially MSP / VMS agreements)Track SOW, MSA, NDAs, amendments, and ensure execution timelines are metImmigration & Work Authorization
Own the end-to-end immigration lifecycle : H-1B, TN, EB-1 / EB-2 / EB-5, Green Card, I-9 compliance, and audit readinessCoordinate with immigration attorneys, ensure timely filing of petitions, renewals, and tracking expiration datesManage employee and dependent documentation, travel notices, and residency timelines to ensure USCIS complianceBuild SOPs for internal immigration processes for both internal employees and staffing talent
