SAP Basis Lead

Location : PAN India

Note : This is Australian shift, timings are from 4 : 30 AM IST to 2 PM IST

Requirements

• Seasoned professionals with deep expertise in SAP Basis, Solution Manager (SOLMAN), HANA, S / 4HANA, Oracle, and RISE with SAP, along with hands-on experience in implementations, migrations, database refresh, upgrades, and kernel updates.
• Lead and plan major technology initiatives across diverse platforms.
• Provide strong communication and people management to coordinate effectively with stakeholders and guide teams.
• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior team members.
• Continuously build new skills to align with evolving technologies and project requirements.
• Participate actively in daily, weekly, and monthly operational calls to stay aligned on high-priority incidents, tasks, and system enhancements.
• Take ownership of resolving P1 and P2 incidents, driving root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
