We are looking for a Customer Relationship & Sales Executive (Pet Industry) to join our team at Bones & Paws đž.
Key responsibilities :
- Handle inbound / outbound calls with pet shops, vets, groomers & customers
- Generate leads & boost sales through calls and follow-ups
- Manage Instagram DMs, WhatsApp,Facebook,Youtube posts, stories & reels, videos.
- Run Instagram ads & handle email communication
- Maintain customer data, registers & Excel sheets
- Conduct feedback calls & nurture client relationships
đ Candidates with experience in the pet industry will be preferred.
