Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site)

Work Timings: US Shift (6.30pm - 3.30am & 7.30pm - 4.30am)

Experience Required: Minimum 1+ year in US Healthcare Recruitment

Organization: IMS Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with US-based healthcare clients to identify and hire qualified professionals

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding

• Utilize ATS, VMS platforms, job boards, and professional networking platforms for candidate sourcing

• Maintain strong turnaround times while ensuring quality-driven hiring outcomes

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing client requirements
