Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with excellent communication and language skills to manage client interactions, partnerships, and proposal coordination. The ideal candidate will be articulate, detail-oriented, and comfortable engaging with clients in both written and spoken English.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries, proposals, and follow-ups with clarity and professionalism.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and project teams to prepare presentations and documents.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare weekly lead and conversion reports.
- Support strategic initiatives for business growth and client relations.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Design, or a related field.0–3 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales.Strong command of English — both spoken and written is essential.Malayalam and Hindi proficiency is a plus.Prior experience in architecture, interiors, or creative industries preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools advantageous.What We Offer
