Position Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced State Head to lead our field retail sales operations across Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in managing large on-ground sales teams, overseeing state-wide operations, and driving high-performance retail execution within the Telecom and Fintech sector. This role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to scale teams while delivering consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage state-level field retail sales operations

Drive and monitor sales performance across large on-ground teams

Implement growth strategies to expand retail reach and improve productivity

️ Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance norms, and quality standards

Conduct performance reviews, track KPIs, and drive actionable insights

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless execution

Oversee training, capability-building, and performance management initiatives

Requirements

6–10 years of experience in Telecom, Fintech, or large-scale field / retail sales operations

Strong leadership with experience managing sizeable on-ground teams

Data-driven decision-making & strong stakeholder management

• Graduate;

MBA preferred

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
