Responsible for handling complete of import and export shipments
Followup with agents , vendors, shipping line and update client
Responsible for coordinating with agent , shipping line , airlines
Track Trace , followup tightly for regular updates to clients
Update daily reports to management
Handle customer queries and resolve for high level services
Complete knowledge of freight forwarding and customs clearance activities
