As a Hiring HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process for various positions within the organization
• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback
• Make job offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages
• Maintain accurate candidate data and status updates in our applicant tracking system
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed
