Job Title : Talent Acquisition Lead - UK

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to manage the UK hiring process for Technology roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, connecting with, and engaging top-tier talent through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels, with the ability to convert them into successful hires for UK. This role involves strategic planning and close collaboration with hiring managers to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization. Should be willing to work in the UK Shift.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for technology roles across multiple departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and connect with prospective candidates in the IT industry.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and social media platforms, to attract and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Proactively reach out to and build relationships with passive candidates, effectively converting them into applicants for open roles.
  • Screen and qualify candidates, ensuring their skills and experience align with the organization's objectives.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and facilitate assessments.
  • Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Report weekly to hiring managers on the progress and generate confidence in the selection process.
  • Qualifications :

  • Proven 8-10 years of experience in UK Talent acquisition process with a focus on technology roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate qualification, and talent assessment.
  • Extensive experience using LinkedIn to proactively source and engage candidates, with a proven ability to convert leads into hires.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
