Helps draft, edit, and proofread client agreement documentsAssists with pre-engagement activities, which may include CRM data entry, new client acceptance and setup, engagement code setup, and Pfx binder setupProactively tracks pre-engagement activity progress from client agreement drafting, through the signature process, to engagement setupServes as point of contact to help the client service team identify the correct client agreement templateOther special projects as assignedQualifications :
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 1 years of related experience required; experience in quality assurance / quality control role or equivalent preferred
- Ability to comprehend or learn technical information related to Consulting services and firm processes
- Highly proficient proofreading ability
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
- Attention to detail, logic, and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex issues to others and follow-up with outstanding requests
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Experience working in IT, consulting, or audit preferred
- Adobe Acrobat Professional experience a plus
