We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused In-Store Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet customers as they enter the store and provide friendly, personalized assistance.
  • Engage customers in product demonstrations and hair extension trials to showcase the quality and versatility of our hair products.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend products that best meet their requirements.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and styling tips to customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by proactively engaging with customers and closing sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including product displays and inventory management.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Collaborate with store management and team members to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Note : Candidates should be flexible to travel frequently to any other locations (National / International).

Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Reporting to : Store Manager

Industry : E-commerce | D2C | Consumer Brand

Pay : 25,000 to 30,000 (depending on experience)
