Role Overview : Product Manager - Growth
We are hiring a Product Manager - Growth to own Tap Health's acquisition, activation, retention and revenue levers end to end. You will design and ship high-impact experiments across onboarding, paywalls, pricing, referral loops, lifecycle journeys and landing pages. You will work closely with engineering, design, data and marketing to create compounding growth and a habit-forming product experience.
This is a product role focused on measurable outcomes. You will use data, fast iteration and sharp UX to move the metrics that matter.
Key Responsibilities :
Your primary responsibility is to deliver user and revenue growth. To achieve this, you will own the following workstreams :
Acquisition and Top-of-Funnel :
- Improve conversion from impression to install to signup across web, app stores and in-app entry points
- Lead experiments on landing pages, app store assets, SEO and ASO to lift CVR
- Design and scale referral programs and growth loops using Tap Score, streaks and quests
- Partner with marketing on creative, channel mix and spend efficiency
Activation and First Value :
Define activation criteria and leading indicators for each segmentShip onboarding, checklists and sample experiences that reduce time to first valueOptimise WhatsApp flows and lead capture to boost Day 0 and Day 1 activationRetention and Habit Formation :
Collaborate with DTx and Game Engine teams to turn daily actions into streaks, XP and level-upsBuild lifecycle journeys across push, email, in-app and WhatsApp with behavioural triggersImprove D7 and D30 retention and reduce churn through systematic experimentationMonetisation and Pricing :
Own paywalls, trials, pricing, bundling and microtransactionsLift conversion to paid, renewal rate and ARPU through clear hypotheses and testsRun targeted offers and promotions with guardrails for margin and LTVExperimentation and Analytics
Maintain a prioritised experiment backlog with hypotheses, power and success metricsDefine event schemas and tracking with engineering; validate data qualityBuild dashboards for CAC, LTV, cohort retention and payback; drive weekly reviews and post-mortemsCross-Functional Execution :
Write crisp PRDs and tickets; ensure fast, high-quality delivery with engineering and designPartner with data science on segmentation, propensity scoring and churn risk modelsSupport B2B2C and partnership funnels with the right user flows and integrationsQualifications and Skills :
