Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage national sales strategy to achieve ₹1,500 Cr annual revenue.
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team of 70 professionals.
- Manage full P&L for the Retail and Real Estate Division.
- Drive business development and channel expansion in FMCG / Retail sector.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to align sales with business goals.
- Inspire and guide sales teams to meet targets through structured KPIs.
- Ensure smooth sales operations, reporting, and performance analysis.
