Key Responsibilities :

  • Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team of 70 professionals.
  • Manage full P&L for the Retail and Real Estate Division.
  • Drive business development and channel expansion in FMCG / Retail sector.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to align sales with business goals.
  • Inspire and guide sales teams to meet targets through structured KPIs.
  • Ensure smooth sales operations, reporting, and performance analysis.
