Role Description

OFFICE-Based role; not Remote or Hybrid

Product Development experience required (We DO NOT Testing / Data Analyst experience)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst at FinTech AI Innovations. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, identifying trends and opportunities, and capturing, analysing granular product requirements at feature, functionality, epic, stories and acceptance criteria levels. We use the Atlassian stack (Jira / Confluence / etc) which you must be proficient in, including setting up workflows, grooming backlogs and prioritsing sprint / kanban deliverables. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, product managers, and data scientists to gather and analyze business requirements, develop insights, and propose innovative solutions. Your insights and recommendations will play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of the company.

Qualifications (please don't apply if you don't have the following)

• Mandatory : Proven experience as a detail-oriented Product / Business Analyst - must have structured corporate experience of 3-5 years (5 years maximum) in a globally well-known Product company or Big 4.

Regulatory / Compliance background in FinTech, RegTech, TradeTech, TaxTech Strongly preferred
