Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Head to lead our Events & Experiential division in India. This individual will oversee sales, client servicing, operations, and profitability for the vertical — ensuring seamless project delivery, strong client relationships, and continuous business growth.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on business leader with proven experience in the event industry, capable of managing multi-city teams, driving revenue targets, and maintaining Coalesce’s reputation for innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities Business Leadership & P&L Management

  • Lead the P&L ownership for the India events and experiential vertical.
  • Develop and execute business plans aligned with revenue and profitability goals.
  • Forecast, track, and analyze financial performance; ensure project-level profitability.
  • Create systems for performance monitoring and cost optimization across projects.

Sales & Client Servicing

  • Drive new business development and manage key client relationships.
  • Convert briefs into impactful experiential strategies and presentations.
  • Build and lead the client servicing team to ensure outstanding delivery and retention.
  • Work closely with creative and operations teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Operational Excellence

  • Oversee end-to-end event execution, including planning, budgeting, production, and on-ground delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality vendor partnerships, timely procurement, and cost efficiency.
  • Implement operational SOPs to enhance team collaboration and accountability.
  • Strategic Development

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop new verticals, IPs, and business models within the events space.
  • Explore synergies with brand marketing, content, and digital engagement initiatives.
  • Lead innovation in event formats, technologies, and engagement strategies.
  • Team Leadership

  • Manage, mentor, and grow cross-functional teams — sales, servicing, design, and operations.
  • Build a culture of ownership, performance, and excellence.
  • Identify training needs and establish learning frameworks for team advancement.
  • Candidate Profile

  • 10–15 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, or integrated brand solutions.
  • Proven experience managing multi-crore business verticals with end-to-end accountability.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to drive both revenue and profitability.
  • Deep understanding of event production, design sensibilities, and client servicing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative edge and hands-on execution capability.
