UI / UX Lead

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

We are looking for a passionate and experienced  UI / UX Lead  to join our team and drive the design vision of our SaaS platform. As the UI / UX Lead, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless and delightful user experience, owning and evolving our  design system , and leading the charge on  conversion rate optimization (CRO)  to continuously improve user engagement and business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design Ownership : Lead the end-to-end design process across the SaaS platform from discovery, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to high-fidelity UI.
• Design System Management : Build, document, and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency, accessibility, and brand alignment across products.
• User-Centered Design : Champion user needs through research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Conversion Rate Optimization : Work closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams to implement data-driven design changes that improve key performance metrics such as sign-ups, onboarding success, and feature adoption.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketing to bring ideas to life.
• Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior designers, helping them grow their skills and contribute effectively.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay up to date on UX / UI trends, tools, and technologies to constantly improve our user interfaces and experiences.
