We are seeking a talented and passionate Architect with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in retail, café, industrial, and residential architecture, and a creative drive to work on diverse, cross-functional projects.

This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple sectors, from boutique spaces to large-scale developments - perfect for someone who enjoys pushing design boundaries while remaining grounded in function, detailing, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop concept designs and translate them into schematic and working drawings

Prepare presentations, architectural plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations

Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams throughout project lifecycle

Work across different design typologies : cafés, retail stores, residential spaces, and industrial setups

Conduct site visits for measurements, progress tracking, and quality control

Prepare BOQs, material specs, and assist in vendor coordination

Stay updated on industry trends, sustainability practices, and modern building technologies

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery
