About the RoleThe role focuses on enhancing the talent experience across various pillars of Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and involves collaboration with HR Heads and Business Units to develop strategies for talent retention.ResponsibilitiesTalent ExperienceEnhance Talent experience on 4 pillars of EVPWork with HR Heads, BUs to develop strategies and retain talent (Learning, Rewards, Quality of Life, Career)Conduct Career Fair across the firm.Build, Measure and Provide Consistent Role Movement opportunities for employees across functions / Categories / SegmentsFeedback & idea mechanism, cross-functional interaction sessions and sessions where employees can connect with Senior LeadershipFlagship programs & Career ManagementLaunch and execution of transition programs - Make your Mark for all career movesDevise and execute the career dossiers and succession plan for the organizationOrganization health diagnosis and updatesSuccession PipelineIncrease pipeline for Talent Pool by creating concentrated tracks for Targeted SegmentsEnsure Succession planning for the key roles in the organization in discussion with the COE, HR Heads & Business LeadersBuild solid pipeline for all critical and leadership rolesDemystifying TM, Potential, Career Dossiers & TM ProcessesOrganize communication sessions, materials to educate employees regarding the various TM Processes. Increase awareness levels.Build and maintain dashboardsData, Digital & AnalyticsManage end to end data and employee profiles related to talent management for the organization which is an input to the design of succession planning, talent councils and SteerComs, role movements etc.Build and maintain dashboardsProvide analytical insightsQualificationsFull-time - MBA HR
