HR MANAGER - Part Time

The role :
You will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to Managers and Stakeholders on all people related issues. With a key focus on maximising engagement across the workforce you will be able to communicate and coach at all levels, be a self-starter, have a keen eye for detail, demonstrate strong problem solving and project management skills and have been previously exposed to all aspects of HR.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyManaging the recruitment and selection processProvide successful resourcing solutions; ensure quality of staffing to meet the resource requirements of the business.Assist our Leaders with quality support and advice on how best to manage their team to maintain and improve our working environment and cultureDeliver successful solutions to employee relations and industrial relations issues, consult regarding employee relations issues which comply with local employment lawsFulfilling the role of OHS / Return to Work CoordinatorDeliver regular and ad-hoc HR reportingDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organizationNurture a positive working environmentRequirements :
Degree level qualification in HR or a related field and a proven track recordA minimum of 5 years HR experience is required with evidence of successful HR projectsExperience with Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation is essentialDemonstrated experience in execution of HR activities and deliverablesStrong management, strategic planning and goal setting skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build strong relationships with stakeholdersApply now!
