We are looking for a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and support innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building workflows, integrations, and custom applications that drive business efficiency.

📌 Role Overview

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will lead the design, development, enhancement, and integration of ServiceNow solutions across various enterprise modules. You will work closely with business stakeholders, provide technical guidance, and ensure delivery aligned with best practices.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow solution design and development for ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, or custom applications
• Configure and customize ServiceNow components, workflows, business rules, scripts, integrations, and UI policies
• Develop and optimize integrations using REST / SOAP APIs and middleware
• Implement automation, performance tuning, and improve platform reliability
• Drive code reviews, documentation, impact analysis, and governance standards
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting activities
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical leadership
