- Manage full-cycle recruitment across IT, non-IT, and niche roles
- Mentor and scale high-performing recruitment teams
- Drive client satisfaction, SLA adherence, and strategic account growth
- Standardize workflows, optimize metrics, and implement automation
- Leverage ATS / CRM platforms and analytics for data-driven decisions
🔹 Ideal Profile
12–15 years in staffing / recruitment delivery; experience with Captives / GCCs preferredProven leadership in managing large-scale hiring and distributed teamsStrong client engagement and strategic delivery mindsetProficient in ATS / CRM tools, recruitment analytics, and sourcing platformsGraduate / Post-Graduate in HR or Management; 6–8 years managing managers / leads
