Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and creative Designer for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative designs for both digital and print mediums. Daily tasks include creating visual assets for social media (we aim for about 20-25 posts per month), collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining brand consistency, and incorporating design best practices to communicate ideas effectively. We are entering our 25th year and for our silver jubilee have ambitions to run a year-long campaign which features the creation of videos, offline events, and a coffee table book — our Designer will help lead the charge for this. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of design experience, has a good eye for luxury marketing, can make video content, and can proactively contribute to enhancing the Panache experience through visually compelling design solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva (we design on Canva) or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Experience in digital design, including web design, social media content creation (including video and photography), and user experience (UX) design.
• Understanding of branding principles, typography, and visual storytelling
• Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively manage your time to meet deadlines
• Experience or interest in the luxury travel or hospitality industry is a plus

Why work with us?

Salary range

40,000 to 60,000 INR per month depending on your experience.

Hiring process

To be thorough with this hire, we will conduct a first round interview (via Google Meets). Selected candidates will be invited to our office for a 3-4 hour case day where they will sit with our Marketing Team to complete a ‘case’ (design-related assignment). At the end of the day, you will be interviewed by our founders. We are hoping to fill this vacancy by the first week of December 2025.
