We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to closing the right talent for diverse business functions, especially in sales , technical , and campus recruitment domains. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent pipeline, strengthening our employer brand, and ensuring that we attract and retain top performers who align with our company’s culture and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment :
- Manage the complete hiring process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management :
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter , job boards, professional networks, and internet recruiting tools to source and engage high-quality candidates.Maintain a proactive pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.Utilize Boolean search, social recruiting, and advanced internet research techniques to find niche and passive talent.3. Sales & Business Hiring :
Drive recruitment for sales and business development roles, understanding the nuances of hiring performance-driven professionals.Implement creative outreach strategies to attract top sales talent in competitive markets.4. College & Campus Recruitment :
Build and execute college recruiting programs to attract early-career talent.Coordinate with academic institutions for internships, campus drives, and placement partnerships.Create and maintain strong relationships with placement officers, student bodies, and university networks.5. Stakeholder & Candidate Experience :
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and team leaders to ensure timely communication, feedback, and hiring decisions.Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, from the first interaction to onboarding.Maintain recruitment data, reports, and metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).2–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in fast-paced or growth-oriented organizations.Proven expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter , Internet Recruiting , and other sourcing tools.Hands-on experience in Sales Recruitment and familiarity with target-driven hiring practices.Strong exposure to campus and college recruitment programs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders efficiently.Self-motivated, organized, and data-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
