Position : Zonal Sales Manager – Mumbai, India

Industry : Interior Design and Luxury Surfaces

Orvi Surfaces is a design and lifestyle brand known for its unique blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern design innovation . Our luxury surfaces and bespoke creations—crafted from stone, metal, glass, and wood—adorn prestigious residential, hospitality, and commercial projects across India and overseas.

We are seeking a Zonal Sales Manager (Mumbai Region) to drive business growth, strengthen relationships with the architecture and design community, and enhance Orvi’s market presence in Western India. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, self-motivated sales professional with deep industry connections and a flair for building meaningful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve zonal revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with leading architects, interior designers, and project consultants .
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury interiors and surface material segments.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and design consultations to promote Orvi products.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams for smooth project coordination.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and business performance reviews.
  • Represent Orvi at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in luxury industry product sales .
  • Strong professional network and personal rapport with prime architects and interior designers in the Mumbai region.
  • A natural flair for making friends and building long-term professional relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong result orientation.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel across assigned territories as required.
  • Compensation
