About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Product Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives, define go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in product positioning, brand strategy, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the product marketing strategy and execution across all product lines.
- Define product positioning, messaging, and unique value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and messaging.
- Drive market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and marketing campaigns.
- Mentor and manage a team of product marketing managers and specialists.
- Partner with sales leadership to enable and support sales teams with collateral, presentations, and tools to drive growth.
- Measure and report on the impact of marketing initiatives on business objectives.
Mandatory Experience & Skills :
23-30 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in [Industry - e.g., SaaS, Technology, Consumer Products].Proven track record in leading successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience managing large teams and cross-functional initiatives.In-depth knowledge of market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape.Preferred Qualifications :
MBA or equivalent in Marketing / Business Management.Experience in global product marketing and international markets.Key Attributes :
