Automation Engineer – Siemens PLC

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using  Siemens S7-1500 PLCs .
• Create and modify PLC programs using  TIA Portal .
• Perform system testing, simulation, and validation of PLC logic.
• Handle troubleshooting and debugging of existing PLC programs and hardware systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Electrical, Mechanical, and Production) to integrate automation solutions.
• Prepare documentation for control systems including IO lists, wiring diagrams, and logic descriptions.
• Participate in FAT / SAT, system commissioning, and provide technical support during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor junior engineers or technicians when required.
