Key Responsibilities (2 Core Areas) 1️⃣ AI-Powered Video Editing & Viral Content Creation
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Use AI tools (Descript, OpusClip, Runway, Pika, etc.) to speed up editing, captions, and scene optimization
- Craft viral-style hooks, captions, and pacing to boost retention and engagement
- Repurpose webinars, podcasts, and interviews into bite-sized, high-retention clips with branded overlays and motion graphics
- Apply storytelling and emotional triggers to create share-worthy, viral social media content
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and strategy teams to align with campaign objectives
2️⃣ LinkedIn B2B Marketing & Sales Navigator Video Production
Create professional, thought-leadership-driven videos optimized for LinkedIn’s B2B audienceEdit clips for brand founders, client case studies, testimonials, and agency campaigns that build trust and credibilityApply LinkedIn-specific best practices (hooks, CTAs, hashtags, native captions, and thumbnail framing)Optimize videos to generate Sales Navigator leads, connection requests, and inbound B2B inquiriesUnderstand B2B buyer psychology — tailor visuals, tone, and storytelling to resonate with business decision-makersTrack and analyze video performance metrics (views, engagement, connection rates, conversions) to refine and improve future campaignsRequirements
