Lead Java Developer - Spring Boot / Hibernate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for module-level design, hands-on development, and technical delivery
• Provide technical mentorship to Developers and Sr. Developers
• Lead agile-based project / module execution and track progress using tools like JIRA
• Conduct code reviews and ensure Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of customized solutions
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management
• Must-Have Skills : Java 21, Spring Boot, JPA / Hibernate, REST APIs (JSON / XML), Microservices, SQL, Angular 8+, Git, JIRA, Confluence
