Job Purpose :

To collect, manage, analyze, and visualize geospatial data, connecting location data with descriptive information to understand patterns, relationships, and context and mapping project sites, and maintaining accurate documentation in the various projects of TSF. The role ensures data-driven planning, monitoring, and reporting of project activities, contributing to transparency, efficiency, and impact assessment.

Key Responsibilities :

GIS & Mapping :

• Collect, analyse, and manage geospatial data related to renewable energy, watershed, water resource, agricultural infra in the project areas.
• Watershed delineation and development of various maps like LUCL maps, soil maps, preparation of LUCL and demographic data base.
• Mapping of water harvesting structures / other infra with geospatial reference in various maps
• Create and update maps for site selection, infrastructure planning, and monitoring.
• Use GIS tools to visualize project impact, coverage, and resource distribution.
• Integrate GIS data with project dashboards and reports.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Geography, Environmental Science, Urban Planning, Engineering, B.Sc. or B.tech in geoinformatics , or related field. Master’s degree or certification in GIS, Remote Sensing, or Project Documentation will be preferred.

Experience : 0–5 years of experience in GIS and documentation, preferably in water , agriculture, renewable energy and CSR projects .
