As part of our next growth phase, we're looking for a Team Lead – App Development (Flutter) who can also contribute to our web frontend evolution.

What You’ll Do :

Lead and manage the mobile app team, building and maintaining apps using Flutter.

Drive the mobile development lifecycle — from architecture and coding to release and support.

Collaborate with backend developers working on a Laravel (PHP) framework.

Support the web frontend transition from Blade (Laravel) to React, working closely with the design and dev teams.

Handle app deployment and compliance across multiple territories, under the same product and various white-labeled names.

Implement and maintain smooth CI / CD pipelines and version control with Git.

Ensure compliance with App Store and Play Store policies.

What We’re Looking For :

✅ 3+ years of mobile app development experience

✅ Strong hands-on expertise in Flutter & Dart

✅ Experience leading or mentoring a development team

✅ Familiar with Laravel (PHP) backend systems

✅ Ability to collaborate on React-based frontend migration

✅ Proficient in Git and setting up CI / CD pipelines

✅ Solid understanding of App Store & Play Store submission processes

✅ Experience managing multi-region and white-labeled app deployments

✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have :

Experience with React or any frontend JavaScript frameworks

Exposure to healthcare, compliance-driven, or enterprise-level apps

Previous experience working with international teams
