Senior AWS Engineer - CI / CD Pipeline

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

This is a high-level, strategic, and hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of the AWS ecosystem. The successful candidate will be a leader who can drive technical decisions, enforce best practices, and build complex, enterprise-grade cloud-native applications.

• AWS Services & Serverless Architecture : You'll be a master of core AWS services like Lambda , API Gateway , S3 , and DynamoDB . The job emphasizes expertise in serverless and event-driven design, a modern approach to building highly efficient and scalable systems.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : The ability to use AWS CDK to manage infrastructure is a critical requirement. This ensures that all deployments are consistent, automated, and can be easily version-controlled. You'll also be involved in building and optimizing CI / CD pipelines.
• Security, Compliance & Cost Optimization : You must be an expert in securing cloud environments. This includes enforcing IAM roles , handling sensitive data, and ensuring compliance with standards like HIPAA . You'll also be responsible for proactively identifying and implementing strategies to optimize AWS costs.
• Scalability & Resilience : The job requires you to design systems that are highly available and fault-tolerant. You will implement advanced patterns like auto-scaling , Dead-Letter Queues (DLQs) , and circuit breakers to ensure applications can handle high loads and recover from failures gracefully.
