Role & Responsibilities

Design high-end bridalwear collections with rich Indian craftsmanship.

Develop concepts, color themes, embroidery patterns, and silhouettes.

Oversee

sampling, fittings, and creative garment development

(not production supervision).

Work closely with embroidery, tailoring, and sampling teams.

Ensure timely execution and premium finishing for every outfit.

Preferred Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience in Indian bridal fashion design.

Deep knowledge of traditional Indian bridalwear : lehenga, saree, sharara, gown, etc.

Strong sense of color, textiles, surface ornamentation, and hand embroidery.

Excellent sketching or digital design ability with production understanding.

Must be creative, detail-oriented, and organized.

Willing to relocate to Surat for a

full-time, on-site role .
