Role Overview — BDS Customer Success Agent
As a Customer Success Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our dental clients and professionals. Your role is to ensure a seamless customer journey, provide timely support, and help maximize customer satisfaction and retention. Your clinical background will enable you to bridge the gap between product understanding and real-time customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries related to dental products and services using clinical knowledge.
- Act as a liaison between dentists / customers and the internal product teams.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer usage and needs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain high customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Create and maintain documentation for customer support cases.
- Review, update, and develop training materials, clinical guides, and SOPs.
Skills & Requirements
BDS or dental background preferred for strong product understanding.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High level of empathy and a strong customer-first mindset.Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is an added advantage.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
