MES Consultant - AVEVA / Wonderware

One of our leading clients is looking for an MES (Manufacturing Execution System (AVEVA / Wonderware)) Consultant, open to anywhere in India.

Required Skills : System Platform, AVEVA – Performance, AVEVA – Insight, AVEVA – Intelligence.

Job Details :

Experience and technical knowledge with AVEVA MES solutions.

Strong Experience on Development / Customizations / Enhancement

Strong experience with designing and implementing systems like MES, Manufacturing Intelligence

Experience in Upgrade & Migrations with various tools, approaches, and best practices

Microsoft SQL Server, database design, Optimized SQL Query, and View Design

Knowledge of informational and operational technologies (IT / OT), MES integration to enterprise systems

Knowledge of containers and contained objects

Deep knowledge of different types of attributes and attribute properties

Knowledge of template and attribute hierarchy

Create base templates using Archestra Object toolkit

Graphics / Symbols, ViewApp, Screen Profiles Layout, ViewApp Security, Archestra Apps, Custom Navigation, etc

Experience with C# and .NET development environment

OPC and PLC / Automation connectivity.

Good to Have :

Ideally trained & certified (not mandatory) on Wonderware MES, Historian, and System platform

Exposure to industrial control systems / operational technology PLC / Control Systems, SCADA / Historian, and OT – IT Integrations

Familiarity with industry standards, such as ANSI / ISA-95 and ANSI / ISA-88.

Experience with SSRS or Crystal / Business Object reporting

Domain experience in the pharma / process industry manufacturing

Responsibilities and Expectations :

Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of systems to meet the business and user needs

Install, configure, and support the AVEVA MES Systems and Configure the Operations / Performance module

Knowledge of process qualification and validation in the pharmaceutical or food industry, IQ, OQ, PQ

End-to-End Implementation

Work with plant operations staff to determine potential data requirements and sources

Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines

Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail.
