Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations across departments to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Implement and monitor operational policies, processes, and procedures for improved productivity.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Support strategic planning and execution of business development and organizational growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and business partners.
- Represent the organization in meetings, negotiations, and external engagements as required.
- Supervise cross-functional teams and provide guidance to departmental leads for goal alignment.
- Identify operational risks or inefficiencies and propose solutions to mitigate or improve them.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager or senior leadership.
