We are seeking an experienced and proactive Program Manager – Academic Operations to oversee the seamless execution of our digital marketing programs.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing course schedules, ensuring faculty coordination, supporting student engagement, and maintaining academic quality and operational excellence across programs.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Program Execution & Management
- Oversee daily operations and end-to-end management of academic programs (online and offline).
- Ensure timely commencement, delivery, and completion of courses as per the academic calendar.
- Coordinate with internal departments and faculty for effective resource planning.
2. Faculty & Session Management
Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to schedule and allocate sessions.Monitor faculty performance, session quality, and student feedback.Ensure consistent academic delivery aligned with learning outcomes.3. Student Engagement & Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for student queries related to academics.Track student progress, attendance, and assessments.Facilitate doubt-clearing sessions, mentorship initiatives, and feedback collection.4. Reporting & Quality Assurance
Maintain accurate records of academic activities, feedback, and performance metrics.Generate periodic reports on student progress, trainer effectiveness, and program delivery.Work with the Head of Academics to implement academic policies, processes, and improvements.5. Escalation & Issue Resolution
Address and resolve academic issues, escalations, and grievances in a timely manner.Act as a bridge between students, faculty, and the management to ensure a productive learning environment. Key Requirements :Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Education, Marketing, or a related field.Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in using LMS tools, Google Workspace, and project management software.Ability to handle multiple programs, deadlines, and teams simultaneously.Preferred Attributes :
