Key Responsibilities :

• Customize, enhance, and support SAP CRM / CE applications using ABAP, BOL / GENIL, and WebUI frameworks.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP WebUI errors, dumps, and performance issues.
• Work on CRM integration with SAP ECC / S / 4HANA systems.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement CRM solutions aligned with business needs.
• Support and optimize CRM Middleware configuration and data replication processes.

Required Skills :

Experience : 6+ years of relevant SAP CRM technical experience.
