Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India for a Post Sales Engineer. Responsibilities include providing technical support to clients post-sale, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the seamless integration and operation of audio-visual systems. The Post Sales Engineer will collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address customer needs, offer solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction through training and support. Additionally, the role involves maintaining strong communication with clients for ongoing assistance and offering insights into improving system utilization.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Technical Support
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
• Proficiency in understanding and integrating Audio-Visual systems
• Previous experience in Audio-Visual or related industries is preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
