Senior HR Solutions Manager

Job descriptionDeep understanding of aligning HR practices with business objectives to drive performance and growth. Proficiency in leveraging HR data for decision-making and tracking key performance metrics. Managing employee concerns effectively while ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal policies. Driving HR initiatives through effective leadership and teamwork. This will be an Individual Contributor (IC) role requiring exceptional ownership and accountability. The candidate should possess smart problem-solving abilities and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Performance Management : Experience in driving and managing performance cycles effectively. HR Analytic and Reporting : Proficiency in reporting and Dashboard using Excel. Employee Engagement : Strong track record of designing and implementing engagement strategies. Reward and Recognition : Experience in planning and executing employee reward programs MBA / PGDM specializing in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. High proficiency level in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides and alike
