Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Project Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Talent Acquisition Project Manager will be responsible for managing HR projects, overseeing HR processes, developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and analyzing recruitment metrics. The Talent Acquisition Project Manager will also communicate with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process and maintain an updated database of potential candidates.

Key Responsibility Area

• (KRAs) :
• Ensure requisition mapping accuracy and track projections with HODs.
• Govern approvals (founder offers, consultant extensions, compliance agreements).
• Oversee TA budgets, provisions, payments, and reimbursements with Finance.
• Monitor access governance for tools (Darwinbox, Zoho, TATA Tele).
• Handle escalations for tools, payments, and internal campaigns.
• Drive continuous improvement in TA Ops processes.
