Job description

Positions : Lecturer / Assistant Professor / Associate Professor.

Qualification : M.Sc. in Nursing (in any specialty)

Experience : Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Location : Charkos College of Nursing, Mysuru

Job Type : Full-Time

Reporting To : Principal

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, prepare, and deliver theory and practical classes as per INC and university guidelines
Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and student evaluations
Supervise and guide students during clinical postings
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and maintain academic records
Participate in curriculum development and continuous academic improvement
Mentor students for academic and professional growth
Engage in research, projects, and publication activities
Coordinate with HOD and other faculty members for academic planning
Ensure adherence to institutional policies, discipline, and student welfare

Qualifications & Skills :

Master's in nursing

2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada.

Working Hours :

Monday to Friday | 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Saturday - 9 : 00 AM - 1 : 00 PM
