Internship Overview

OrcHire seeks a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern to support digital marketing efforts. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals passionate about visual communication in a dynamic, learning-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design impactful digital marketing posts for social media and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Founder and the Digital Marketing team to translate strategies into engaging visuals.
  • Develop graphics for candidate profiles and client presentations, maintaining consistency with the brand’s visual identity.
  • Contribute ideas during team brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Remain updated on current design trends to ensure innovative content.

Required Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in graphic design (internships, freelance, or related roles).
  • Proficiency with Figma and other relevant design tools.
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles : color theory, typography, and layout.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
  • Effective communication and keen attention to detail.
