• Responsibilities : Drive franchise acquisition through lead generation and conversion
• Conduct market research to identify high-potential locations
• Build relationships with investors, partners, and real estate contacts
• Present the Cleand business model to potential franchisees
• Support in onboarding and initial setup process
• What We're Looking For : 3+ years in sales, preferably franchise or B2B
• Strong local network in Bihar and / or Jharkhand
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
